At Collingwood the Jeweller, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please review our returns and exchange policy below.
Refunds
Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
After this period, refunds will not be available unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
If you choose to exchange your item after the 14-day refund period, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless it is faulty.
Special Payment Methods
Orders paid using PayPal, Interest Free Credit, or purchased via in-store devices (kiosk or tablet) can only be refunded once received at our Head Office.
Our showroom team will happily accept your item and arrange secure, free delivery to our Head Office for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened.
We also cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised, or altered in any way.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Our commitment to replace or refund applies only to items with manufacturing faults or defects.
We cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.
Third-Party Payment Types
Refunds for purchases made using third-party tender types (e.g., insurance cards) may not be possible on the same day.
If this applies, our showroom or customer service team will advise you and keep you updated on progress.
Special Orders & Personalised Goods
Except for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, personalised or made-to-order items may not be returned.
Large or special-order items are raised directly through suppliers and cannot be returned if unwanted.
If you experience a problem with a special order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

If we need to speak with you to complete your return, we will make every effort to reach you.
If we are unable to make contact within 14 days of receiving your item(s), the goods will be returned to the delivery address linked to your order.
